We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 within the UK.
Delivery Time:

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.

Custom products will be delivered next day after notification of shipping, we aim to get custom made products delivered with 10-14 days.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days within the UK, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. We do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Plain items
Plain, non-customised items may be returned for a refund of the item cost within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer. Please allow 7 working days for a credit to be applied to your account.
Please ensure that you enclose a copy of the Delivery Note with your return (if you are unable to do this, please supply the Sales Order number from the Delivery Note where it can be clearly seen).

Customised items
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty.
If you believe we have made a mistake or there is a fault, please contact us to discuss the issue.
Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.
